A. Online Store Policy
Our working days are from Mondays to Fridays, excluding Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays.
1. Order Acceptance Policy
The receipt of an e-mail order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or a confirmation of an offer to sell. Parlour Supply reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity on any item and/or refuse service to any customer. Verification of information may be required prior to the acceptance of any order.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
You cannot cancel an order (or part of an order) after credit card has been authorized and approved. i.e. You cannot cancel the order after checkout upon reading all Terms and Conditions. However, you can cancel an order if there is a strong, valid reason. Please note the following cancellation charges:
A cancellation charge of 20% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made within 48 hours upon ordering.
A cancellation charge of 50% of the order will be imposed for all cancellations made after 48 hours upon ordering.

3. Return and Exchange Policy
All products, once sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, with the exception of the following, whereby products may only be exchanged.
Products received are different from what is stated on the invoice; i.e. wrong goods are delivered.
Product is found to be faulty.
If the product(s) received is wrong or faulty, there will be a one-to-one exchange for the same product.
To exchange a product, please contact us via our contact us form within seven (7) days upon receiving the goods.
All products to be exchanged have to be returned to us in their original packaging & must be accompanied with the sales invoice with the date of purchase and serial number clearly printed on it for verification. Please also give a brief description on the fault of the product(s).
Replacement process begins after we have completed evaluating your returned product. This evaluation process may take about 2 business days.
Once the item has undergone the evaluation process and verified the return is valid, you can expect the replacement to be delivered within the same time we had processed the delivery of your original order before it was returned.
Our company will send the replacement product(s) via normal mail once the faulty product received is verified and approved at your own cost. Normal delivery lead time applies. In exchange we will give you $20 credit.
4. Refund Policy
We will refund only for box quantity and must returned to us in their original packaging with in 30days.
Once we received your Item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
If your return is approved, we will inititate a refund to your credit card minus 5% card and admin fees
You will receive a credit within 3 to 5 working days.
Refunds, if necessary, will be given at the discretion of the company management.
5. Pricing Policy
OUr company reserves the right to make adjustment to any published price of any product due to input error, product discontinuation, and stock clearance, under the instruction of manufacturers and distributors, and errors in advertising.
Our company wishes to advise visitors of our firm commitment to ensuring the privacy of visitors to our website.
At all times the anonymity of visitors is maintained. The only information gathered and recorded are the visitors IP address (i.e. the unique number of the PC used to access our website), the type of browser used, the duration of a visit and the website area visited. This information is analysed to establish levels of usage and to measure the effectiveness and value of our site contents to our visitors.
The only time personal details are available is when a site visitor provides them. This will occur when you submit an on-line form or email us for information.
When you provide us with your name (or alias), e-mail address, mailing address, or telephone number, or opt-in newsletter, Our company representatives and affiliates may use the provided information to alert you to special offers, updated information, events, and/or any other information deem useful and relates to our site. Representatives and affiliates may include value-added resellers and authorized training partners. Beyond its representatives and affiliates, the company does not offer or allow the selling of any user-provided information to third parties.
We occasionally hire other companies to provide limited services on our behalf, including packaging, mailing and delivering purchases, answering customer questions about products or services, sending postal mail and processing event registration. We will only provide those companies with the information they need to deliver the service, and they are prohibited from using that information for any other purpose.
The site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Information held by us is stored on password-protected machines and only authorized personnel can have access to it.
Though we make every effort to preserve user privacy, we may need to disclose personal information when required by law wherein we have a good-faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order or legal process served on our website.
Our company will not be held responsible for released/loss of information due to hacking, computer crash or any other reason that are beyond the company..
C. Shipping Policy
We cannot guarantee that every title offered for sale online would actually be shipped right away as inventory can change significantly from day to day. In a rare case, a title may be in stock when you place your order and sold out by the time your order is processed. However, for any title which you place an online order and is found to be sold out at the time of processing, we will inform you by email & remove off the title from your order.
We accept credit card payments via PayPal. Customers should note that prices are exclusive of local taxes if applicable. You will be charged according to the currency that you select based on prevailing exchange rates from enets.
Please note that "Estimated Shipping Time" refers only to the time it takes the carrier from pickup to delivery. Delivery time may vary from the below estimated time depending on customs clearance, delays in the destination country, missed or cancelled dispatches.
We can only deliver on weekdays, delivery will take 2 to 7 working days.
For every unsuccessful delivery, the customer will pay the transportation charges on the next delivery schedule.
Our Company does not charge any customs duties on International shipments, however, we cannot guarantee that customs charges will not be applicable to your package when it reaches your country. We are required by law to declare the contents of international packages and to state the full value of the shipment, even if the package contains a gift. We are not responsible for these charges and cannot provide estimates as to what these charges may be. You may wish to contact your local customs office or post office for further information.
