A: No, the advertised prices are not inclusive of shipping and insurance. Please email us to find out about the shipping and insurance cost for delivering to your location or country.

Q: What are the payment methods you accept?
A: We accept payments via PayPal in Singapore Dollars.

Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: No, there are no hidden costs. You only pay for the price of the product, shipping and insurance costs. We will send you an invoice with all the payment details once you have agreed to make a purchase. However, we are not liable for any taxes or custom duties that your country may impose, as well as bank wire charges incurred at your bank.

Q: What is the payment procedure?
A: Once you have indicated to us your interest to purchase, we will send you an invoice with our online transaction information to you. After we have received confirmation from the bank, we will proceed to send the merchandise immediately.

Q: How will the order be shipped?
A: It will be shipped via international courier (FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc). We will let you know the tracking number once it is issued.

Q: What is the delivery time?
A: It usually takes about 3 to 10 business days for most destinations in North America, UK and Europe. And about 3 to 10 business days for most destinations in Asia. Actual delivery time is dependent on the efficiency of customs clearance at your country.

Q: What happens if the delivered item is damaged or faulty?
A: All of our products have to go through stringent quality checks by our trained staff before they are packaged. Extreme care is also taken to package the products to prevent any damage against shock during delivery. We assure you that you will receive your items in good condition. However, in the rare event that the product is faulty or damaged during shipping, we will replace the products. Please read our Return Policy below for details.

Q: What happens if the parcel is lost during delivery?
A: We will get the insurance company to investigate. This may take more than a month. If the investigation proved that the parcel is indeed lost, we will find a replacement for you immediately. We will refund you the full payment at no extra charge in the event that there is no replacement available.

HARDWAX FAQs

WHAT IS HOT OR HARD WAXING? Wax is directly applied to the skin. It hardens when it cooled, allowing the easy removal by the therapist without the aid of strips. How do you know when hard wax is ready? Wait 10 minutes after lowering your warmer to the ideal temperature for each formula and test your wax before applying to skin.
